CHILD SAFETY STATEMENT
FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Dear Parents and Carers,
What a huge weekend we had in Port Fairy! I want to thank everyone involved in supporting our Folkie camping and St. Patrick's BBQ events. Small or big, your contributions are greatly valued.
Our 12 Student Leaders travelled to Mt. Gambier to attend the GRIP Leadership Conference on Tuesday. They found the day energising as it gave them lots of ideas about what qualities and skills leaders need to have as well as some possible projects. I look forward to seeing these in action.
Congratulations to Luke Rayner and Evie Oswin who represented St. Patrick's at the Regional Swimming in Horsham. It is a credit to you that you made it to this level of competition. Thank you to their parents who took them to the event.
NAPLAN began this week. We are so proud of our students who are taking a calm approach to the assessments.
Tomorrow (Friday) is St. Patrick's Feast Day. We will begin our celebrations with a mass at 9:15am in the school hall. All parents are welcome to join us. Following mass the students will participate in tabloid sports. There will be a student v teacher game of Dodge Ball and a hot dog lunch. Our annual St. Pat's Got Talent Quest will wrap up the day in the afternoon.
