CHILD SAFETY STATEMENT

FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Dear Parents and Carers,
What a wonderful Mother's Day Breakfast we had last Friday! I'm always blown away by the number of mums, grandmothers and dads who come along to share breakfast with their children. Thank you to Tony and the dads in the kitchen who prepared the food, the mums who did the set up and the teachers for their assistance.
Our Year 6 students will participate in a trial NAPLAN Science assessment next week. Please email me if you wish to withdraw them.
Next Thursday we will be welcoming families into our school for a Discovery Tour as they decide on a school for their children beginning Foundation next year. The kinder groups will be visiting during Catholic Education Week at the end of May and their parents are invited to have morning tea. I'd love a couple mums to organise the morning tea in the multi-purpose room. Please contact Janine if you're available on May 29 & 30.

PRE LOVED CLOTHING SALE - JUNE 28

OVAL CONDITIONS

With the small amount of rain we are having this week our dry, patchy ovals have become very muddy. Once we get some reliable rain we will be able to spread some seed during the holiday break. Consequently, some of the junior students went home with very muddy uniforms on Tuesday.
To avoid this, the children playing football or soccer are able to bring a footy/soccer jersey to put on over their blue polo tops during break times.
SPORTING SCHOOLS - TERM 2

Sporting Schools started on Tuesday May 6. The days will be Tuesdays and Thursdays. The last day will be Thursday June 19.
To sign your child/children up for Sporting Schools use the eForm on the Schoolzine App the night before or the morning of the session that they will be attending. Please do not sign up days/weeks in advance, plans often change and we will be expecting them to attend.
