YEAR 5 NEWS

In Inquiry, we have been learning all about natural disasters. As part of our unit, we’ve been using the coding program Scratch to simulate how different natural disasters occur and affect the environment. It’s been exciting combining our science knowledge with digital technology!

We’re also looking forward to Winter Football and Netball tomorrow. Even though the weather forecast is looking a bit ominous, we’re ready to brave the conditions and showcase our skills. The boys' football teams will be playing a modified version of the game called Aussie Nines, which promises fast-paced action and lots of fun.

Let’s hope for dry skies and a great day of sport and learning!
